Pricing Policy

1. Transparent Pricing

At The VoBot Developers, we believe in complete pricing transparency. Our goal is to ensure every client understands exactly what they are paying for — no surprises, no hidden charges. This Pricing Policy explains how our prices are determined, communicated, and applied across all our digital services.

2. Starting Prices vs Final Quotes

Prices displayed on our website and service pages represent starting prices — the minimum cost for the basic version of each service. These are intended to give you a general idea of pricing before engaging with us.

  • Starting Price: The base cost for the simplest version of a service with standard features and scope.
  • Final Quote: The actual price for your project, determined after a detailed discussion of your specific requirements, scope, complexity, and timeline.
  • Why They Differ: Final quotes may be higher than starting prices due to additional features, custom functionality, complex integrations, content volume, number of pages/screens, or expedited timelines.
  • Can Be Lower: In some cases, if your requirements are simpler than the listed scope, the final quote may be adjusted downward.

3. Custom Quote Process

To receive an accurate price for your project, we follow this process:

  1. Initial Consultation: Discuss your requirements via our contact form, phone call, or meeting. This consultation is free of charge.
  2. Requirement Analysis: Our team analyzes your needs, scope, technical requirements, and desired timeline.
  3. Proposal & Quotation: We prepare a detailed proposal that includes scope of work, deliverables, timeline, milestones, and an itemized cost breakdown.
  4. Review & Negotiation: You review the proposal. We are open to discussion and can adjust the scope or features to align with your budget.
  5. Confirmation: Once you approve the proposal, work begins upon receipt of the agreed advance payment.

Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, we reserve the right to revise the pricing to reflect any changes in costs, technology, or resource availability.

4. Price Changes

VoBot reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However:

  • Existing Orders: Price changes do not affect confirmed orders or ongoing projects with signed proposals.
  • Website Prices: Starting prices on our website may be updated periodically to reflect market conditions, technology changes, and operational costs.
  • Advance Notice: For clients with ongoing retainer or maintenance agreements, we will provide at least 30 days written notice before any price increase takes effect.
  • Renewal Pricing: Recurring services (maintenance packages, hosting, support contracts) may be subject to annual price adjustments communicated at renewal time.

5. Taxes (GST)

All prices listed on the VoBot platform are exclusive of taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • GST Applicable: Goods and Services Tax (GST) is applicable on all services as per prevailing Indian tax laws. The current GST rate for software development and IT services is 18% (SAC Code: 998314 — IT design and development services).
  • Invoice Breakdown: Tax invoices will clearly show the base price, applicable GST (CGST + SGST for intra-state, or IGST for inter-state transactions), and the total payable amount.
  • GSTIN: VoBot's GSTIN is displayed on all tax invoices. If you are a registered business, provide your GSTIN to ensure proper tax documentation and input tax credit eligibility.
  • TDS: If applicable under the Income Tax Act, clients may deduct TDS at the prescribed rate and provide a TDS certificate (Form 16A) within the stipulated timeframe.

6. No Hidden Fees

VoBot is committed to a no hidden fees policy:

  • The price in your approved quotation is what you pay (plus applicable taxes).
  • There are no setup fees, platform fees, or administrative charges unless explicitly mentioned.
  • If any additional costs arise during the project (due to scope changes, additional requirements, or third-party costs), they will be communicated and approved by you before being incurred.
  • Third-party costs (domain registration, hosting subscriptions, premium licenses, stock assets) are always listed separately and transparently.

7. Bulk & Package Discounts

We offer discounts for clients who engage us for multiple services or larger projects:

  • Bundle Discounts: Combining multiple services (e.g., website design + development + hosting setup) may qualify for a bundled rate lower than the individual service prices.
  • Long-Term Contracts: Clients who sign annual maintenance or retainer agreements receive preferential rates compared to ad-hoc service pricing.
  • Referral Program: Refer a client to VoBot and receive a discount on your next service. Details are available upon request.
  • Startup & Student Discounts: We may offer special pricing for verified startups and educational institutions. Contact us to learn more.
  • Volume Projects: For large-scale or multi-phase projects, we offer volume-based pricing that is more cost-effective than individual phase pricing.

Discounts are applied at VoBot's discretion and cannot be combined with other offers unless specified. Discount offers are valid for the period mentioned at the time of the offer.

8. Price Matching

We are confident in the value we deliver. While we may not always be the cheapest option, we ensure our pricing is competitive and fair for the quality of work provided.

  • Competitive Analysis: If you have received a lower quotation from a comparable service provider for an identical scope of work, share it with us, and we will review our pricing.
  • Conditions: Price matching is considered on a case-by-case basis. The competing quotation must be from a comparable provider with similar expertise, scope, and deliverables.
  • Not Guaranteed: Price matching is at VoBot's sole discretion and is not guaranteed. We focus on delivering the best value rather than simply the lowest price.
