Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital Delivery — No Physical Shipping
The VoBot Developers is a digital services company. All our services and deliverables are provided electronically. There is no physical shipping involved in any of our offerings. This Shipping & Delivery Policy describes how we deliver digital products and services to our clients.
2. Delivery Methods
Depending on the nature of the service, deliverables are provided through one or more of the following methods:
- Email Delivery: Source code, design files, documents, reports, and other assets may be delivered as email attachments or via secure download links sent to your registered email address.
- Cloud Storage Links: Larger files and project repositories may be shared via Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar cloud storage platforms with time-limited or permanent access links.
- Direct Deployment: For web applications, websites, and cloud-hosted solutions, we may deploy directly to your hosting environment, server, or cloud platform (AWS, Google Cloud, Firebase Hosting, etc.) upon receiving the necessary access credentials.
- Repository Transfer: Source code may be delivered via Git repository transfer (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket) where ownership or collaborator access is granted to the client.
- Account Dashboard: Certain deliverables and project updates may be accessible through your VoBot account dashboard on our platform.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery timelines vary based on the type and complexity of the service. Below are our standard estimated delivery windows:
- Landing Pages & Simple Websites: 5–10 business days
- Multi-Page Websites & Portfolios: 10–20 business days
- E-Commerce Websites: 15–30 business days
- Mobile App Development: 30–60 business days
- Custom Web Applications: 30–90 business days
- UI/UX Design Projects: 7–21 business days
- Cloud & DevOps Setup: 5–15 business days
- AI/ML Integrations: 15–45 business days
- Maintenance & Support: Ongoing as per agreement (response within 24–48 hours)
- Bug Fixes & Minor Updates: 1–5 business days
These are estimates only. Actual timelines are confirmed in the project proposal or quotation and may vary based on project scope, client feedback speed, and resource availability. Rush delivery options may be available at additional cost.
4. Delays & Communication
We are committed to transparent communication throughout the delivery process:
- If a delay is anticipated, we will notify you at least 48 hours in advance with an explanation and revised timeline.
- Delays caused by the client — such as late content delivery, delayed approvals, incomplete requirements, or unavailability for meetings — may extend the delivery timeline proportionally. VoBot is not responsible for such client-caused delays.
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, internet outages, government actions, pandemics, etc.) may cause unavoidable delays, for which neither party shall be held liable.
- Regular project status updates are provided via email or your account dashboard, depending on the project scale and agreement.
5. Acceptance & Sign-Off Process
Upon delivery of the final product or milestone deliverable:
- Review Period: You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to review the deliverables and provide feedback.
- Revisions: If revisions are needed, submit your feedback within the review period. We will implement changes as per the revision policy outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
- Acceptance: If no feedback or revision requests are received within 14 days, the deliverables are deemed accepted and the project is considered complete.
- Sign-Off: For large projects, we may request a formal sign-off document or email confirmation to close the project.
6. Re-Delivery
In certain cases, re-delivery may be necessary:
- Technical Issues: If you are unable to access delivered files due to technical issues (corrupted files, broken links, access permission problems), contact us and we will re-deliver promptly at no additional cost.
- Lost Access: If you lose access to delivered files or repositories after delivery, we will make reasonable efforts to re-deliver from our archives, subject to our data retention policies. A re-delivery fee may apply if the project was completed more than 6 months ago.
- Format Changes: If you require deliverables in a different format than originally provided, additional charges may apply based on the conversion effort required.
7. Delivery Confirmation
For every delivery, you will receive:
- A delivery notification email detailing what has been delivered, access instructions, and next steps.
- A summary of delivered items and any outstanding items (for phased deliveries).
- Instructions for the review and feedback process.
