E-commerce Developer Intern

About this Role

E-commerce is one of the most demanding domains in web development — payments must work, inventory must sync, and performance directly impacts revenue. You'll build storefronts, wire up Razorpay and Cashfree payment flows, and construct admin panels that business owners use to run their entire operations. Every feature you ship will be stress-tested by real customers placing real orders. This is the kind of experience that makes you stand out in any backend or product interview.

What You'll Do

• Build product listing pages, cart flows, and checkout experiences from scratch
• Integrate Razorpay and Cashfree payment gateways including webhook handling
• Develop admin dashboards for order management, inventory, and reporting
• Implement product search, filtering, and category navigation
• Handle edge cases in payment flows — failures, refunds, and retry logic
• Optimize pages for speed and mobile responsiveness
• Write order confirmation emails and automated notification systems

What We're Looking For

• Solid HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills with real project examples
• Basic understanding of how payment gateways and webhooks work
• Ability to read and understand API documentation independently
• Attention to detail — e-commerce UI errors cost businesses money
• Comfortable with basic backend concepts like routes and request handling
