Project Coordinator Intern

About this Role

Great project coordinators are the connective tissue of every successful tech team. You'll manage multiple client projects simultaneously, track deliverables in Notion and Trello, run agile stand-ups, and communicate directly with clients to set and protect expectations. You'll learn how real software projects are planned, how they go sideways, and how to pull them back on track. If you want to eventually lead teams or start your own venture, there's no better crash course than coordinating real client projects under pressure.

What You'll Do

• Create and maintain project plans with clear milestones, owners, and deadlines in Notion/Trello
• Run daily or weekly stand-ups with cross-functional teams across design, development, and QA
• Communicate project status, delays, and changes to clients with professionalism and transparency
• Document meeting notes, decisions, action items, and project scope changes
• Identify risks early and escalate blockers before they become missed deadlines
• Coordinate handoffs between design, development, and testing phases
• Prepare final delivery packages and onboarding documentation for clients at project close

What We're Looking For

• Strong organizational skills — you track multiple things at once without dropping balls
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Familiarity with Notion, Trello, or any project management tool
• Basic understanding of how software projects are structured (design → development → QA → launch)
• Calm under pressure — timelines slip and clients panic; you bring steadiness
