Web Template Developer Intern

About this Role

VoBot's Launch Packages help small businesses get online fast using high-quality, customizable web templates. You'll build these templates from scratch — clean, fast, responsive, and designed to be easily adapted for different industries and brands. Each template you finish will be deployed to multiple real clients, so quality and flexibility matter enormously. You'll develop a deep mastery of HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript that most developers spend years chasing, in just a few months.

What You'll Do

• Build polished, fully responsive HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript web templates for business verticals
• Implement CSS custom properties and theme systems that make templates easy to rebrand
• Create modular sections — hero, features, pricing, testimonials, contact — that clients can mix and match
• Optimize templates for Lighthouse performance, accessibility, and SEO scores
• Test across Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge on desktop and mobile
• Document template structure and customization options for the deployment team
• Iterate on templates based on client feedback and real-world usage patterns

What We're Looking For

• Strong HTML5 and CSS3 skills including custom properties, animations, and grid/flexbox
• Comfort with vanilla JavaScript for interactive components (modals, sliders, forms)
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and responsive design breakpoints
• Attention to detail — templates represent the quality standard clients judge us by
• Basic knowledge of web performance best practices (image optimization, lazy loading)
