UI/UX Designer Intern

About this Role

Good design is invisible — users just feel like the product "gets" them. You'll conduct user research, build Figma prototypes, and craft design systems that developers can implement consistently across products. Your work will directly influence how clients' customers experience their businesses. You'll sit in on client calls, hear real feedback, and iterate based on actual user behavior rather than hypothetical personas. If you love making things feel effortless, you'll thrive here.

What You'll Do

• Conduct user research interviews and usability tests to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma
• Build and maintain design systems with reusable components and style guides
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation
• Design accessible interfaces following WCAG guidelines
• Iterate on designs based on real user feedback and analytics data
• Present design decisions to clients with clear rationale and alternatives

What We're Looking For

• Proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, and prototyping)
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and common UX patterns
• Basic knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• A portfolio — even small projects demonstrate how you think through problems
